1 arrest in day after Christmas deadly taking pictures: Oakland PD

(KRON) — The Oakland Police Division (OPD) mentioned one particular person was arrested in connection to a deadly taking pictures that occurred the day after Christmas.

Triple Oakland taking pictures leaves two lifeless, one hospitalized

OPD mentioned officers responded to the 1100 block of Foothill Boulevard simply earlier than 4:15 p.m. on Dec. 26 to research a Shotspotter activation.

When Oakland police arrived on the scene, they discovered a sufferer affected by a gunshot wound. Regardless of the life-saving makes an attempt of paramedics, the sufferer was pronounced lifeless on the scene.

Oakland police mentioned the sufferer’s id is being withheld pending notification to subsequent of kin.
