3 arrested for kidnapping in Novato in 'conservatorship' scheme: police

(KRON) — Three folks had been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a affected person at a well being care facility in Novato on Saturday, the Novato Police Division mentioned. Police consider the crime was a part of a scheme by which the victims tried to achieve “conservatorship” of the sufferer.
