OAKLAND, Calif. (KRON) — 4 buildings in Oakland have been evacuated on Tuesday afternoon as a result of a pure fuel leak, the Oakland Hearth Division mentioned.
The fuel leak occurred at a fueling station on 2nd Avenue between Market Avenue and Brush Avenue, OFD mentioned.

A number of blocks are closed to pedestrian and car site visitors from Embarcadero West to third Avenue alongside Martin Luther King Jr. Method and Market Avenue. Rail tracks close to Jack London Sq. are closed as nicely.
The buildings being evacuated are principally industrial buildings, OFD mentioned.
There isn’t any estimated time for the scene to be cleared. Crews are working to close the fuel off safely.
