(KRON) — A 58-year-old suspect accused of sexually assaulting two ladies and assaulting a person after breaking right into a San Jose house in October was arrested final week, the San Jose Police Division introduced Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of the South College neighborhood house invasion at 1:45 a.m. on Oct. 2. The suspect, later recognized as Juan Jordan, 58, of Santa Clara, allegedly broke into the house on the 700 block of South Ninth Avenue and brandished a firearm on the three victims.
After Jordan sure the ladies and the person, he assaulted and threatened to kill the person, police stated. The 2 ladies have been sexually assaulted by the suspect.

Earlier than fleeing the house, Jordan allegedly stole money and private belongings.
SJPD Theft Unit detectives recognized Jordan because the suspect within the house invasion after an investigation, authorities stated. An arrest warrant for Jordan and a search warrant for his residence have been obtained.
Jordan was arrested in San Jose on Dec. 10 with the help of SJPD’s Covert Response Unit. He was booked into the Santa Clara County Mail Jail for sexual assault, assault with a lethal weapon, theft and housebreaking.
