(BCN) — A person who died after being hit by a car in North Berkeley in November has been recognized as a 78-year-old from Berkeley, the Alameda County Coroner’s Workplace stated Saturday.
Benten Bascombe Brown was strolling south throughout Rose Avenue at Josephine about 6:17 p.m. on Nov. 14 when he was hit by a car going east on Rose, police stated.

Brown was taken to Highland Hospital however succumbed to his accidents there.
The motive force, a 79-year-old Berkeley girl, stayed on the scene and cooperated with police.
