Half Moon Bay housebreaking suspect arrested whereas out on bail

(KRON) — A person suspected of burglarizing a Half Moon Bay enterprise was arrested early Monday morning on a number of costs, in accordance with the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Workplace.

At round 1:15 a.m., deputies made contact with the suspect on the Half Moon Bay Chevron fuel station situated at 375 Cabrillo Freeway. Authorities stated the person, recognized as 42-year-old Jose Antonio Reyes Neri, is a “known probationer” and was out of jail on bail. A search of the person uncovered medication, paraphernalia and a number of suspected stolen gadgets, the sheriff’s workplace stated.

Deputies have been capable of determine the homeowners of the gadgets, together with a neighborhood enterprise. The enterprise had “unknowingly been burglarized” hours earlier on Sunday night, authorities stated. The sheriff’s workplace didn’t specify what was stolen.

Neri was arrested and booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility for housebreaking, possession of medication and paraphernalia, petty theft, conspiracy to commit against the law and committing a felony whereas on bail. His subsequent court docket date is scheduled for Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.
