27 suspects arrested in SF organized retail theft, over $1.7K in merchandise recovered

27 suspects arrested in SF organized retail theft, over .7K in merchandise recovered

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Twenty-seven suspects had been arrested following a sequence of organized retail thefts that occurred in a month-long span, the San Francisco Police Division introduced in a press launch Wednesday. A number of retail companies had been victims of the theft between Nov. 18 and Dec. 9.

The theft occurred at unnamed companies on the 3300 block of Mission Road, 2000 block of Market Road and 2100 block of Market Road. Based on SFPD, they occurred throughout a number of neighborhoods within the metropolis.

A complete of greater than $1,700 value of merchandise was stolen from these varied companies, police stated. SFPD posted pictures of the merchandise the division recovered (beneath).

Twenty-five of the suspects had been later launched on the scene after being confronted by police, SFPD stated. Two of the opposite suspects had been booked at San Francisco County Jail for excellent warrants, together with the theft prices.
