(KRON) — The Oakley Police Division (OPD) stated it arrested a pair of suspected porch pirates following a one-day collection of thefts the place the 2 struck a brand new house virtually each hour. Police stated Randal Locke, 38, of Antioch, and Ashlee Fletcher, 35, of Oakley, had been arrested and booked into jail.
