If tsunami hit Alameda, it may carry fast-moving tides, sturdy currents, flooding

(KRON) — A tsunami may carry fast-moving tides with sturdy currents and vital flooding that might trigger “major damage” to the Metropolis of Alameda, in response to the town. Alameda despatched out an advisory Friday, about two weeks after a serious earthquake off the coast of Northern California triggered a widespread tsunami warning.
