Major Traffic Disruption: Brentwood Semi Crash Closes All Lanes on Hwy 4

(KRON) — A crash that broke the trailer of an enormous rig in half is obstructing westbound lanes on Freeway 4 in Brentwood Monday morning, based on the California Freeway Patrol. The CHP stated the crash was first reported by one other semi at round 6:12 a.m.

Preliminary experiences indicated that the semi trailer was bent in half leading to hazards on the street and partial blockage of the precise lane.

An up to date report for the CHP at 6:26 a.m. requesting a heavy tow unit indicated that the trailer had damaged in half. By 6:55 a.m., Caltrans was on the scene for street closures.

Eventually report, all lanes have been shut down and site visitors was being diverted at Sand Creek Highway. The CHP stated there is no such thing as a estimated time for reopening the roadway and to count on delays.
