North Bay floods shut parts of Freeway 12, 121

(BCN) — Flooding attributable to the moist climate has shut down parts of Freeway 12 and 121 in Sonoma County early Friday morning, based on the California Freeway Patrol.

Each instructions of Freeway 121 from Eighth Avenue East to Freeway 116, and Broadway (Freeway 12) at Watmaugh Street, each close to the city of El Verano, have been hit by flooding and have been inaccessible, the CHP stated on social media round 4:10 a.m.

Motorists are suggested to keep away from the world and use alternate routes. There was no estimate given on when the affected roadways will absolutely reopen.

The Nationwide Climate Service issued a flood warning till 2:30 p.m. this Friday for a portion of northern California, together with central Sonoma County.
