Hiker rescued Friday at Satan's Slide

(KRON) — A multi-agency cliff rescue on the San Mateo County coast saved one hiker Friday, in response to Cal Fireplace.

Rescue crews responded simply after 4 p.m. to Satan’s Slide, situated south of Pacifica on the south finish of the Tom Lantos Tunnel on Freeway 1, on the report of a hiker in misery. A California Freeway Patrol helicopter assisted within the cliff rescue together with a rescuer from North County Fireplace Authority.

The hiker was saved with out harm, Cal Fireplace stated.

Different companies that responded embody Cal Fireplace, Coastside Fireplace Safety District, San Mateo County Fireplace Division, Pillar Level Harbor Patrol and the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Workplace.

No additional particulars of how the hiker ended up in want of rescue had been instantly obtainable.
