Suspect Caught Red-Handed Hiding in Bushes After Attempted Break-In!

(KRON) — A person faces tried housebreaking and vandalism fees after allegedly utilizing bolt cutters on the property of the Stanford Linear Accelerator Heart (SLAC) Nationwide Accelerator Library, in line with the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Workplace (SMCSO).

Sheriff’s deputies have been dispatched to the 2500 block of Sand Hill Highway at 8:30 p.m. Sunday and obtained a suspect description and their final identified location once they arrived on the scene.

As they checked the property, deputies mentioned they discovered the person who then tried to flee towards I-280.

After a fringe was established, deputies mentioned they caught the suspect hiding in a heavy shrubbery, with the assistance of a sheriff’s workplace Ok-9.

Investigators mentioned they later found “multiple burglary tools and a damaged security fence in the area” the place the person was first seen.

Deputies confirmed that Ronald D. Simpson, 46, of Castro Valley, was booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility for the costs of tried housebreaking, vandalism, possession of housebreaking instruments, resisting arrest, in addition to two excellent theft associated warrants.
