Oakland Hills Fireplace Response Times Impacted by Budget Cuts and Station Closures

OAKLAND, Calif. (KRON) — A hearth broke out in Oakland Hills Wednesday off of Lochard Road. KRON4 went to the house and spoke with the chief and neighbors.
