(KRON) — Authorities in Contra Costa County are investigating after human stays had been positioned on a Richmond seashore Tuesday evening, in line with the East Bay Regional Park District.

The Park District acquired a name from a park customer at 8:41 p.m. who reported discovering the stays at Keller Seashore. The human stays had been in a decomposed state, and it was not instantly identified whether or not they had been of a male or feminine, officers mentioned.
