South Bay Barnes & Noble to Close Its Doors Next Week: What This Means for Book Lovers

(KRON) – Slightly over a 12 months because the Antioch Barnes & Nobles closed after 20 years of enterprise, one other Bay Space Barnes & Nobles is closing its doorways for good.

Sunday would be the final day of operation of the Barnes & Noble within the Almaden Plaza at 5353 Almaden Expressway B100.

Per the bookstore, all of the books are 75 % off.

Moraga brewery set to open new East Bay location

The bookstore cafe has already closed. 

Per retailer workers, the shops had been notified months in the past relating to the closure. In response to the shop’s workers, solely administration was provided employment past the day of closure at different places, the associates weren’t. 

The closest Barnes & Noble retailer is situated at 3600 Stevens Creek Blvd. in San Jose. 

This closure could come as a shock for bookworms. In response to Enterprise Insider, Barnes & Noble CEO James Daunt mentioned the bookstore firm plans to open in the US in 2025.
