(KRON) – A person was arrested after brandishing one other man with an unregistered and loaded firearm, in keeping with the Santa Rosa Police Division. 

Round 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, Santa Rosa cops have been flagged down close to a parking storage “regarding a disturbance involving a firearm,” in keeping with police. 

Santa Rosa PD stated a sufferer knowledgeable officers he was in an argument with a person he knew and that the person brandished a gun and threatened him.

The suspect was decided to be intoxicated following a DUI investigation, police stated. Police stated they recovered the loaded and unregistered 9mm handgun.

The suspect was recognized as 26-year-old Santa Rosa resident David Lesley. He was booked into Sonoma County Jail for suspicion of brandishing a weapon, assault with a lethal weapon, prison threats, possession of an unregistered firearm and driving inebriated.
