(KRON) — A Silver Alert was issued Sunday night for a lacking at-risk man, the Hayward Police Division posted on social media. Hoiman Ng, 74, suffers from a “mild memory condition,” in accordance with HPD.
Ng stands 5-foot-3 and weighs 150 kilos, in accordance with California Freeway Patrol. He has grey hair, and brown eyes and was final seen carrying a black jacket, black pants, and a black baseball cap. He was carrying a black backpack.
He was final seen round 10:30 a.m. in Hayward on Saturday, Jan. 18. Authorities say Ng is believed to be on foot.
