A number of stolen bank cards discovered on probationer after site visitors cease: SMCSO

(KRON) – A Redwood Metropolis man was arrested after a site visitors cease led to the invention of stolen mail and IDs, in response to the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Workplace. 

Round 1 a.m. on Monday, deputies pulled over a automobile with a mechanical violation within the 2600 block of El Camino Actual in unincorporated Redwood Metropolis. 

The passenger, in response to the sheriff’s workplace, was recognized as 35-year-old Redwood Metropolis resident Damariz F. Morales who’s on probation for theft.

Deputies stated a number of stolen bank cards and private paperwork have been situated on Morales after a probation search. Deputies contacted one of many victims whose bank card was stolen, which was an aged lady.

Morales was arrested and booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility for suspicion of felony theft and fraud from an elder/dependent grownup. 

That is an lively investigation. Deputies stated they’re working to determine and call different victims.
