Heavy storm hits Bay Space: What you must know

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A collection of storms continues to roll by way of the San Francisco Bay Space on Tuesday, bringing heavy rain and robust winds. Rainfall Tuesday morning is leading to spots of flooding on roads for the morning commute.

Pockets of heavy rain will proceed on and off by way of the morning with a little bit of a mid-day lull. Heavier rain and winds decide up once more this afternoon, proper in the midst of the night commute.

A thunderstorm outlook is in impact for a lot of the Bay Space from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., in line with the Nationwide Climate Service. The outlook was issued as there’s a 10% or higher likelihood for thunderstorms. “Storms are expected to be non-severe but we continue to monitor for any changes as winds pick up,” climate officers mentioned simply after midnight.
