Man arrested in Walnut Creek for allegedly firing pictures at somebody

(BCN) — Walnut Creek police arrested a person for allegedly firing pictures at somebody Tuesday night. Officers arrested Melvin Kibbee, 43, of Walnut Creek, early Wednesday.

At 7:18 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to a report of pictures fired within the 100 block of Sierra Drive. The alleged shooter was already gone when officers arrived, however police found his id. Police mentioned the suspect and sufferer had been identified to one another.

Nobody was injured within the taking pictures and there are not any excellent suspects. Kibbee was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility on suspicion of tried first-degree homicide and being a prohibited particular person in possession of a firearm and ammunition. He is being held in lieu of $600,000 bail.
