(KRON) — The California Freeway Patrol is on the lookout for a hit-and-run driver who struck a bicyclist. The crash, in response to Napa CHP, occurred on Sunday between 4:10 and 4:20 p.m. on Silverado Path close to Chimney Rock Vineyard.
