San Francisco staff required to work in workplace 4 days per week

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Staff who work for the Metropolis of San Francisco can be required to work from the workplace a minimum of 4 days per week beginning on April 28, KRON4 has confirmed.

New mayor Daniel Lurie signed off on the change. He mentioned in a memo obtained by KRON4 that in-office work will enhance total efficiency for town.

“Bringing our workers back to the office will make our services more effective and responsive to our residents. That is what San Franciscans expect and what Mayor Lurie will deliver. We look forward to working with our partners across the departments and in labor over the coming weeks to implement the mayor’s plan,” a spokesperson for Lurie’s workplace mentioned.
