Scholar-athletes sue Sonoma State over athletic division cuts

(BCN) — Seven Sonoma State College student-athletes have sued the varsity, Interim President Emily Cutrer, CSU Chancellor Mildred Garcia, and the CSU Board of Trustees over the January determination eliminating the varsity’s athletic applications and discontinuing a number of tutorial diploma applications on the college.
