SAN JOSE, Calif. (KRON) — A witness’ cellphone video recorded the second when cops surrounded a person and one officer repeatedly punched him on the bottom in San Jose. The homeless man was suspected of masturbating exterior a lady’s dwelling and trespassing, in line with police.
