(BCN) — An East Palo Alto man was arrested in reference to the taking pictures of a 23-year-old in Mountain View early Saturday, police stated.
Hector Christopher Chavez was arrested at about 8:15 p.m. within the 2700 block of Fordham Avenue in East Palo Alto, police stated.
The taking pictures was reported at about 2:05 a.m. within the 400 block of Sierra Vista Avenue, police stated.
