Bay Space storm to convey heavy rain, potential flooding: Newest updates

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Following lighter rain in a single day Wednesday into Thursday, a heavier storm system is because of arrive within the Bay Space Friday. Whereas Thursday’s system noticed mild and scattered showers, extra intense rainfall that would convey flooding issues throughout the North Bay is anticipated Friday into Saturday, in keeping with the Nationwide Climate Service.

San Francisco Bay Space Forecast

A flood watch has been issued for the North Bay, starting at 2 p.m. Friday and lasting till 4 p.m. Sunday. The NWS is warning of potential ponding on roadways and low-lying areas, rising creeks, rivers and streams, and flooding of creeks and streams in city areas.
