Chaos in Orinda: Clients Caught in Shocking Smash-and-Grab Incident

ORINDA, Calif. (KRON) — Surprising surveillance video exhibits a smash-and-grab housebreaking at an East Bay consignment retailer. The thieves smashed glass shows with hammers and pepper sprayed workers and prospects.
