(KRON) — Two Oakland suspects accused of a freeway capturing in Oakland final month have been arrested, the California Freeway Patrol introduced Tuesday. In response to the sufferer driver within the incident, he was fired upon after being rear-ended on metropolis streets and following the suspects onto Interstate 580.
Officers responded to the sufferer’s report of the capturing simply after 5 p.m. on Nov. 8, CHP stated.
