CHP on the lookout for hit-and-run driver who struck bicyclist in Napa

(KRON) — The California Freeway Patrol is on the lookout for a hit-and-run driver who struck a bicyclist. The crash, in response to Napa CHP, occurred on Sunday between 4:10 and 4:20 p.m. on Silverado Path close to Chimney Rock Vineyard.

Arrests made in deadly Valentine’s Day stabbing on San Jose’s Santana Row

A darkish gray Toyota Avalon with no right-side mirror struck the bicyclist, inflicting accidents, earlier than fleeing the scene. The Toyota, in response to the CHP, was pushed by a 25- to 30-year-old lady with lengthy black hair carrying a white shirt and blue denims.

Anybody with data on the incident is requested to contact Napa CHP at (707) 699-6300.

This isn’t the primary incident involving bicyclists on Silverado Path. In 2023, two Oregon cyclists had been killed alongside the part of roadway when a big piece of lumber swung out off the again of a flatbed truck and struck them.
