(KRON) — The California Freeway Patrol (CHP) launched its investigation report on Friday detailing the Thanksgiving eve Tesla Cybertruck crash that killed three school college students in Piedmont. Tsukahara was a 2023 graduate of Piedmont Excessive Faculty and a sophomore at Savannah School of Artwork and Design.
