(KRON) — A Benicia man accused of brandishing a reproduction AR-15-style rifle throughout a street rage incident in Oakland final month was arrested Tuesday, based on the California Freeway Patrol.
The arrest got here after CHP investigated a report from a sufferer who stated that on the afternoon of Jan. 28, the suspect brandished a firearm at them on Interstate 80, east of Powell Road. The sufferer gave authorities an outline of the firearm, suspect and suspect automobile.
