San Francisco’s ODC is stepping up to support the dance community by offering a series of complimentary health workshops throughout February. These sessions are designed specifically with dancers in mind, addressing the unique physical and mental demands of their art form. Covering topics like injury prevention, nutrition, and mental well-being, the workshops aim to equip performers with essential tools to sustain long, healthy careers. Open to dancers of all levels, the workshops will be led by experienced professionals, including physiotherapists, dietitians, and mindfulness coaches.
