Hayward man fatally struck by car in Fremont

(KRON) – A Hayward man was killed after being struck by a car, the Fremont Police Division stated.

At 5:13 a.m. on Saturday, Fremont law enforcement officials had been dispatched to Decoto Highway and Brookmill Drive for the report of a “major injury” automotive crash. Dispatchers had been knowledgeable from a number of sources {that a} automotive struck a pedestrian. 

Fremont PD and the Fremont Hearth Division responded and situated a pedestrian down on the roadway. The sufferer was pronounced useless on the scene, police stated.
