(KRON) — A pedestrian in Hayward was killed in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday morning, in keeping with the Hayward Police Division. Investigators are trying to find the driving force who fled the scene.
Police responded at 6:56 a.m. to the world of Hesperian Boulevard and Sueirro Avenue on the report of a hit-and-run collision between an SUV and a pedestrian. Authorities stated witnesses situated the pedestrian, later recognized as a 51-year-old man from Hayward, within the heart median.
