'Let's Glow SF' to mild up downtown San Francisco starting Friday

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — “Let’s Glow SF,” which is billed as “the country’s largest holiday projection event,” returns to downtown San Francisco Friday night time. The newly expanded occasion will embody seven areas round downtown and can run nightly from Friday, Dec. 6 by way of Sunday, Dec. 15.

‘Lighthouse’ in center of San Francisco Bay has opening for brand new keeper

The occasion options large-scale animated mild installations projected onto the exteriors of iconic buildings round downtown. The sunshine installations have been created by 16 totally different artists from all over the world, based on the “Let’s Glow SF” web site.

Along with the seven mild installations, this 12 months’s occasion can even characteristic projections at Annie Alley in Yerba Buena and an artwork set up at The Crossing at East Lower. The whole checklist of areas for this 12 months’s “Let’s Glow SF” consists of:

The next Friday, Dec. 13, Let’s Glow SF will maintain “Glow on Front: A Neon Block Party,” alongside Entrance Avenue, the state’s first Leisure Zone.
