Lockdown issued in Antioch resulting from legislation enforcement exercise

(KRON) — The Antioch Police Division (APD) has issued a lockdown advisory resulting from ongoing legislation enforcement exercise close to Nation Hills and Knoll Park.

The alert went out simply after 10 p.m. on Saturday.

Residents and companies within the space north of Lone Tree Approach and south of Nation Hills Drive are urged to take fast precautions:

Go inside and safe your location.

Lock all home windows and doorways.

Keep off the telephone except reporting a life-threatening emergency.

Don’t name 911 except there’s a direct emergency.

To report suspicious exercise, contact the Antioch Police Division at (925) 779-6900.
