(KRON) — A housebreaking suspect who allegedly stole $400,000 price of clothes, jewellery and purses from a Tiburon dwelling was arrested after a months-long multi-agency investigation, the Tiburon Police Division introduced Monday.

Police responded on Might 30 to an in-progress residential housebreaking within the Hill Haven neighborhood. An unknown particular person was being watched on safety digital camera footage by the house owner, who reported the incident to authorities. Earlier than officers arrived to the house, the suspect fled with clothes, jewellery and purses with an estimated whole worth of greater than $400,000, in keeping with police.

A search warrant was executed on Dec. 19 at a Richmond residence linked to Ramirez, in keeping with authorities.
