(KRON) – Prosecutors charged a person with burglarizing eight companies in a Union Metropolis strip mall, the Alameda County District Legal professional’s Workplace mentioned.
Nathaniel Porter, 22, has been charged with eight counts of second-degree housebreaking stemming from a string of Union Metropolis industrial break-ins. Porter, in accordance with the DA, dedicated the burglaries whereas on probation for a earlier conviction.

In March of 2024, Porter unlawfully entered all eight companies with the intent to commit larceny. In response to the district legal professional’s workplace, “investigators developed a lead placing the defendant at the location during the burglaries.”
Porter has been arraigned and is scheduled to look for a plea listening to on Feb.10.
In response to the DA’s workplace, Porter can withstand 10 years and 6 months in jail if convicted on all expenses.
