Santa Clara PD stated the officer approached a driver who had parked in a disabled parking spot and not using a placard.

Police stated when the officer searched the car, they discovered a loaded firearm that was not registered to the driving force.

Police confirmed the driving force was arrested and brought to Santa Clara County Jail.

Santa Clara PD stated within the put up on X, previously Twitter, that “just a reminder that sometimes it’s the smallest infractions that lead to something bigger.”
