Rajesh Kumar Kapoor, 57, admitted to touching a lady with out permission throughout a January flight from the Republic of Korea to SFO.
Kapoor was indicted in March on suspicion of touching the lady’s breasts and internal thigh, and on Thursday he pleaded responsible to abusive sexual contact, saying that he deliberately touched the sufferer’s internal thigh with out permission and “with the intent to harass her,” prosecutors stated.
