Man speaks to officers with drug paraphernalia in his lap: PD

(KRON) – Two folks had been cited and launched after police discovered methamphetamine of their automotive, based on the Colma Police Division.  

At 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, Colma law enforcement officials pulled over a car with out license plates within the 200 block of Colma Boulevard.

In response to Colma PD, the motive force, later recognized as Gerson Bravo Lopez, mentioned he didn’t have a California driver’s license however verbally gave officers his identify. The feminine passenger, recognized as Yesenia Perez Hernandez, gave officers her identification card.

Lopez, based on CPD, had drug paraphernalia “in plain view” on his lap, which led him to be detained. Lopez tried to discard a small plastic bag of suspected methamphetamine on the bottom when he was on the entrance push bar of the officer’s car, mentioned Colma PD. Police then found the identify Lopez gave was not his true identification.

It was found that Hernandez had a $2,500 felony warrant for her arrest from a neighboring company, mentioned Colma PD. Hernandez, 38, was arrested for her warrant. She was issued a brand new courtroom date and launched on her promise to look in courtroom.

A car search yielded extra methamphetamine. 

Lopez, 33, was arrested for having a managed substance, being in possession of drug paraphernalia and giving false identification to a police officer. He was issued a quotation and launched on his promise to look in courtroom, based on Colma PD.

The car was towed.
