(BCN) — A Sacramento man accused of sexually assaulting a passenger on a San Francisco-bound airplane earlier this yr has pleaded responsible, the U.S. Division of Justice, Northern District of California introduced Monday.
Rajesh Kumar Kapoor, 57, admitted to touching a lady with out permission throughout a January flight from the Republic of Korea to SFO.
Kapoor was indicted in March on suspicion of touching the lady’s breasts and internal thigh, and on Thursday he pleaded responsible to abusive sexual contact, saying that he deliberately touched the sufferer’s internal thigh with out permission and “with the intent to harass her,” prosecutors stated.
