Mobs of suspects robbed 2 Oakland fuel stations early Sunday morning: OPD

(KRON) – Mobs of suspects robbed two Oakland fuel stations in lower than two hours early Sunday morning, in accordance with the Oakland Police Division.

Oakland PD responded to the report of a theft at an Arco fuel station within the 5100 block of Shattuck Avenue round 4:45 a.m.

Upon arrival, officers realized {that a} group of individuals, who arrived in autos, used blunt objects to achieve entry to the fuel station. The suspects then demanded property from an worker and the worker complied. The suspects fled earlier than the officers arrived.

Lower than two hours later, Oakland law enforcement officials responded to a Shell within the 500 block of Hegenberger Street round 6:15 a.m.

Responding officers have been knowledgeable that a number of suspects arrived in autos. Police mentioned one of many suspects was armed with a blunt object. The suspects then demanded property from an worker and the worker complied, in accordance with OPD. The suspects fled earlier than officers arrived. 

It’s unsure if the identical suspects dedicated each robberies.
