(KRON) — Widespread East Bay music competition, Mosswood Meltdown, has introduced extra names for this yr’s lineup. The annual competition that takes place in Oakland’s Mosswood Park dropped an preliminary lineup of bands again in November that included Devo, Osees, Kreahshawn, The Exploding Hearts and Belgian punk rockers, The Children.
On Thursday, the competition introduced six extra bands, together with the Bay Space’s personal Shannon and the Clams. The Oakland-based indie storage rockers will headline the second evening of the competition on Sunday, July 20.

New bands added to the primary evening of the competition, Saturday July 19, embrace LA pop-punk duo Bleached and Nashville synth-infused punk band, Snooped. Devo is ready to headline Saturday with Osees, and The Exploding Hearts additionally set to look.

Different new additions to Sunday’s lineup embrace Italian glam-punk powerhouse Giuda, Seattle indie-psych rockers La Luz, and Miami old skool rappers of “Cars With the Boom” fame, L-Trimm.
