(KRON) — The Napa Police Division is trying to find a lacking 1-year-old who could have been kidnapped by his mom.
The kid, Saul Martinez Rafael, disappeared alongside together with his mom throughout an unsupervised go to, police stated. Saul had been in Baby Welfare Providers (CWS) because the summer time.

CWS dropped Saul off on the house of his mom, 26-year-old Antonia Rafael-Vazquez, at 1 p.m. Wednesday. When CWS staff returned three hours later, each Saul and his mom had been gone.
Rafael-Vazquez’s closet was cleaned out by the point officers returned. She has no recognized car.
NPD is investigating the opportunity of a parental abduction however says there may be at the moment no proof of foul play.
