SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A brand new visitors set up within the Sundown neighborhood of San Francisco is inflicting confusion.

It’s known as a “neckdown,” and it’s positioned on Kirkham Avenue between ninth and tenth avenues. The visitors set up funnels the two-way avenue right into a one-way after which again to a two-way once more.

Drivers on Kirkham Avenue in San Francisco had been confused once they got here throughout it.
