Novato resident arrested on 4 counts of sexual assault: police

(KRON) – A Novato resident has been arrested for 4 counts of sexual assault, in keeping with the Novato Police Division.

The division was alerted to a baby sexual assault that occurred years in the past. The sufferer, who’s now 12, was interviewed by the division’s youngster forensic detective and decided crucial details about the assault. 

Novato PD recognized the suspect as 38-year-old Novato resident Oseas Hernandez Cotuc.
