Petaluma Man Taken Into Custody Following Downtown Assault Incident

(BCN) — Police have been capable of establish and arrest the suspect in a downtown assault case that occurred on Dec. 22, Petaluma PD introduced.

William Werner, 30, from Petaluma, was taken into custody on Tuesday.

Werner was issued a felony warrant was issued for assault with a lethal weapon and battery, inflicting severe bodily damage, police mentioned.

The incident occurred on Dec. 22 at round 1:52 a.m. exterior the New Yorker restaurant downtown, the police report famous.
