Richmond PD warns residents amidst wave of avenue robberies

(KRON) — The Richmond Police Division is asking neighborhood members to be extra vigilant because it investigates a latest wave of avenue robberies.

Richmond PD mentioned there have been 30 incidents reported since Dec. 1 of final yr.
